Totally spot on. These are the same people that call a mask mandate Nazi behavior and government over reach but this law somehow isn’t government over reach. Yet they have absolutely no sense of the hypocrisy and irony involved here.

These sexually repressed hypocrites would line up to be enforcers. Perhaps they would require video surveillance in every bedroom but their own (and their clergy) to help enforce the will of God. I dub thee: The Jackoff Boot Nazis. I knew a Catholic neighbor boy entering puberty who explained to me that masturbation was a sin. He told me that he didn’t shake his privates after urinating so that he could use up all the shakes in one session and therefore technically not have to go to Hell. You can’t make this stuff up.

As a male of the human species, I cannot truly understand pregnancy nor child raising in the same way a mother does. Therefore, abortion is every individual woman’s decision to make, for or against, for whatever reason, mainly their health and course in life that motherhood brings.

I just heard that the U.S. Congress, at the urging of Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell, is going to pass legislation to provide universal family planning and ubiquitous availability of birth control throughout the entire world. What a relief! Texas had me scared for a while there.

I am a member of the Green Party, far to the left of Biden or any of his centrist associates. Never-the-less, I believe that unborn people should have rights, too, and am pleased to hear that these protections have been enacted, even if it is by right-wingers trying to appeal to their fundie base.
There are more humane alternatives to abortion. Put a little love in your heart.

Do you believe a woman who was raped should be forced to carry to term? Do you believe a woman whose life is in danger should be forced to carry to term? What if the pregnancy has some horrible genetic disease? I happen to believe such a decision to carry to term no matter what the circumstances is up to the woman in the end and no one else.

One other thing I meant to say is try to imagine just how stupid it is to pass laws because you are simply appealing to some base of insane fools. And to say nothing of celebrating such laws passed that way. Gotta love your lack of thinking things through, just like your new found fundie friends.
