Would the TPP, allow tabaco manufacturers to sue Colorado State for legalizing Marijuana?
I'm just trying to wrap my head around the massively terrible, possible outcomes, and 'behind the scene' agenda that always seems to show up a year or two later.
Regardless, this is all bad
