While he is at it maybe Obama can do something about stopping Enbridge’s Alberta Clipper tar sands oil pipeline from going through the US. Its final capacity would be larger than Keystone’s.

Some very good news, but people cannot let their guard down even though we have won the first round; it is only the first round and the oil rats will not go away in one round.
