Truly shameful! OK, Joe Biden, time to stand up and issue a full pardon to someone who absolutely deserves one in every sense, Mr. Donziger.
If there was ever a case that demonstrated just how dangerously close this republic is to being completely destroyed at the hands of corporate fascist power, this is it! The country is now on trial right here and now. What’s it going to be?
A full pardon will send a clear message that enough is enough.

“Engineered to”? Why not use a much more appropriate word that matches the facts exactly, such as “Corruption”? Strong word and many will argue it isn’t the case, however I believe that when judges preside over a case, where they are biased before hand, then they, or the judicial system itself, are corrupt!
I’m not surprised the New York Times has ignored this story but honestly don’t understand why TYT has done the same. They both have time and space for Britney but not this?
A close examination of TYT will show how they have been corrupted by corporate money and are now no different from any other corporate media outlet.

The most disgusting example of judicial malfeasance ever reported. If we are not able to disbar Kaplan and Preska and remove them from the bench; if we are not able to force Chevron to pay the original multi-billion settlement to Ecuador; then there is absolutely no reason to NOT throw the entire Federal judicial system in the dumpster, set it on fire, and send some of those newly unemployed special op teams after Chevron’s officers, their lawyers, and these vile judges. If the U.S. is going to employ an army of assassins, we should at least be able to provide them righteous targets.

Far more serious than the Dreyfus case, this is about survival of civilization & nature. It reveals the complicity of Biden & the Dem leadership as they do nothing to even criticize this corruption. How can anyone here support the oligarchic Dems any more?
Anyone opposing this evil system of capitalism must realize at the outset that the likes of the large corporations and the ones supporting them are vicious predators, and, like the proverbial leopard, do not change their spots. Negotiations, regulation, or any other type of liberal mitigation will not work. Either the system must be demonstrated empirically that it is not humane or sustainable (hence decaying into oblivion), or it must be removed violently. Alas, this takes a social philosophy, organization, discipline, plans, resources, and the will to carry these out. Dope users and “Occupy Wall Street” types need not apply. Lenin was right.
