Supreme Court Divided on Immigration Bill Challenged by 'Politics of Hate'

Of interest to note that 5 justices are nominally Catholic, including 4 who practice "the politics of hate," John Roberts, Anthony Kennedy, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito.
The bishops of the US Church have long endorsed Comprehensive Immigration Reform, but I wonder if the 4 know that.
They have a chance to support justice on this immigration bill; so strange to see "Supreme Court Divided" on it.
Just sayin'
