The packing pays off

There IS a standard math theorem that can establish whether a district is gerrymandered, published in the Scientific American a few months ago, called the MCMC Theorem (I think).
It can’t redraw equitable districts, but it CAN determine gerrymandering and send it back to be redrawn.
Don’t the Supremes do math?
