Human life is secondary to these malicious, money worshipping monsters.
Is there going to ever be a point where people start to strike and challenge this criminal administration? Why have Americans not already risen up against the totality of these rotten economic and political systems? This is rule by sociopaths, and they only understand power. So, challenge their damn power. Who the fuck gives a damn what DeVos thinks about anything? She isn’t going to take her worthless ass to a classroom in the middle of a pandemic, with no safety measures put in place. Strike, don’t follow their orders. Lots and lots of parents will be supportive.
How many F-35s would it take to safely open schools? What is the calculus of our national interest? Trump, Inc. will fail that litmus test each and every time.
Trump and his cabal of puppets seem to be jerking around on a nihilist string.
- Economics: a failed system dependent on predatory practices while sifting the rhetoric of ‘democracy’ in with that of systemic authoritarian subjugation of truth
- Militarization / weaponization as sole response to systemic failures
- Terminology of economics with “privatization” as euphemism for increasingly demonstrable practices of decimating policy to achieve a ‘viral’ version (full spectrum dominance) of genocide (population reduction to serve predatory interests).

Too busy watching faux tv while sitting on the couch with maga caps on , drinking diet soda and stuffing bonbons into their mouths. We all know people who will vote for trump.
And those that rise up are not prone to violence and are put down by the military state.
Time for the unions to get their sh*t together - create coalitions - and form a national general strike.
Trump and devos will use this opportunity to break the teachers unions - union leaders must know this???
Canada, germany, and italy have less < 300 cases per day and are contact tracing - the united states is at 50k - 60k per day and climbing. United states, brazil, and india are battling for the top spot - but the USA is winning so far.
“Human life is secondary to these malicious, money worshipping monsters.”
Not true. These people are “pro-life”.
To them , life begins at conception and ends at birth.
"Lily Eskelsen García said in a statement that ‘no one should listen to Donald Trump or Betsy DeVos when it comes to what is best for students.’
“If Donald Trump and Betsy DeVos have proven anything over the past four years, it’s that they do not care about students. They have zero credibility for how to best support students, and how to re-open classrooms safely . . .”
Edit: “No one should listen to Donald Trump or Betsy DeVos. They do not care. They have zero credibility.”
Simply the next target group in our planned destruction. Kids are up! .
From the articlle:
“‘We’re going to be putting a lot of pressure on: Open your schools in the fall,’ Trump said after accusing local officials of keeping schools closed ‘for political reasons.’”
Of course we all know that The Pwesident would never do anything for “political reasons,” right–like committing cold-blooded mass murder?
Heckofajob, Dim Donny.
Trump will fail that, and every other test, every time! Hopefully he’ll soon fail the daily COVID19 test. Him and the rest of his goon squad.
As I wrote on another post, 40 Bay Area, Santa Clara, principals are in isolation after one tested positive for Covid-19 shortly after an in person meeting last week.
They were discussing how to safely open schools…oh, the irony

Yeah, the right wingnuts only care about students before they are born.
Yes, maniacs, driven by power.
As Andrew Cuomo stated, “This is both frightening and very revealing.”
We’re already accelerating to unprecedented velocity in our outbreak. When the CDC numbers come in around noon, we’ll be over one million new cases in the past four weeks. By September the pace could be two million new cases per month. At no point in USA’s outbreak has infection been more likely than today.
Baseball, Basketball, and Football continue with disastrously fumbled reopening plans. Buster Posey wants to know: “What are we doing?” They can’t even manage to secure prompt test results for all those million-dollar men. We are so fucked. It’s an endemic infection now: 5 to 25 percent positive wherever you test, ever-climbing positive ratios. We cannot possibly get rid of the microbe or control it at all in this context. Contact-tracing is just absurd where practically everyone is constantly infected from God knows where. We’ll have a very hard time getting by with this one – We don’t yet know all of SARS2’s plans for more virulent mutations, and Fauci is wrong, imho, to be optimistic about a vaccine.
I don’t believe many parents will heed calls to re-open schools. By September, with the current trend, infections and deaths will be higher than now, and not enough parents will risk sending their kids to school to make it feasible to keep them open. Religion based schools may be the exception.
You could ask Morris Berman. Not a fan of his but he is convinced he has the answers to why America failed along with why Americans have not risen up and defended their lives------literally -----we are letting these sociopaths/psychopaths kill everything.
“For a zoned-out, stupefied populace, “democracy” will be nothing more than the right to shop, or to choose between Wendy’s and Burger King, or to stare at CNN and think that this managed infotainment is actually the news. Corporate hegemony, the triumph of global democracy/consumerism based on an American model, is the collapse of American civilization. So a large-scale transformation is indeed going on, but it is one that makes triumph indistinguishable from disintegration.”
― Morris Berman, The Twilight of American Culture
Why America Failed shows how, from its birth as a nation of “hustlers” to its collapse as an empire, the tools of the country’s expansion proved to be the instruments of its demise.
Berman looks at the “why” of it all:
• Probes America’s commitment to economic liberalism and free enterprise stretching back to the late sixteenth century, and shows how this ideology, along with that of technological progress, rendered any alternative marginal to American history
• Maintains, more than anything else, that this one-sided vision of the country’s purpose finally did our nation in.
“America’s current condition isn’t an aberration, nor has the “wool been pulled over the peoples’ eyes” as critics such as Michael Moore and Noam Chomsky would argue. Instead, “the wool is the eyes;” this was always the country Americans wanted, and they have no one to blame for their dire straits but themselves”.
“Berman likens America to a steamroller that flattened all opposition, and is now headed straight towards a cliff, and it is far more likely that the steamroller will plunge into the abyss rather than suffer a crisis of conscience and emerge new and improved.”
I agree with the quotes from and about Berman above.
Yes! The u.s. is the steamroller plunging into the abyss and I do not believe we will “suffer a crisis of conscience and emerge new and improved”.
Perhaps you have more hope for Americans than I do given you are still looking for people here in the u.s. to rise up against the power-----not just fractions of the power.
Most people here want everyone else to do the work as many are still asking: “where is the political will?”
THAT ( hope that “political will” fix things) is delusional!
It feeds into the false notion that politicians are going to someday, somehow muster 'political will" and do the right thing for humans and nonhumans.
Many of the unions are led by people who are also bought by the monied interests, so it will be seen whether unions become the factor that they should or they sit on the sidelines talking shit but doing nota.
