“The Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador (CONAIE) and its political party Pachikutik were represented in the first round of voting by Yaku Pérez”
Though passing as an indigenous party Pachikutik is a front for the CIA and Yaku Perez appears to be a CIA plant. The whole purpose of the party appears to be a CIA effort to split the progressive vote. The effort was narrowly successful. If Perez had not boycotted the election, the results would have been very different.
