The question to you is, “What effect would ‘one person one vote’ have on the number of senators a state has?”
Looks like the only thing wrong here is my memory. I knew that Clinton electors were faithless and voted for Powell. I just had it fewer over all than it was, but I was correct it wasn’t enough to affect the results.
My wing is so liberal that I finally gave up using the term and now prefer just plain Socialist.

We wouldn’t have a Senate if we had a “one person one vote”. The Senate an extremely non-democratic appendage to our democracy.
