The Least of Your Brothers and Sisters

The Least of Your Brothers and Sisters

A peaceable holiday season to you and yours, and a reminder: The Christian and largely untroubled world today celebrates the story of a Middle Eastern family seeking refuge, like so many from Syria and elsewhere today. Fellow-humans on a spinning globe, by mere blind fate more blessed, we owe compassion, comfort, aid and (please) even joy to the least among us. Enjoy. And peace.

"There but for fortune ….'

By chance I'm listening to amy Goodman interview the on of Yip Harburg, lyricist for "The Wizard of Oz," "Finians's Rainbow," and, most fittingly, "Buddy Can You Spare a Dime."

Happy Holidays, Abby,

Thank you,

Love Michael.

A very eloquent image accompanied this piece. It is unfortunate that such images are rarely seen in the MSM. Thanks for the piece and the image.
