The Real Way the 2016 Election Is Rigged

The Real Way the 2016 Election Is Rigged

David Daley

Hillary Clinton has put the Electoral College into checkmate. She’s closer to Donald Trump in many red states like Kansas and Texas than he is to her in key swing states.

As her lead swells, naturally, fired-up Democrats and a restless media have turned their attention to a more exciting story: Can Democrats retake the House of Representatives? But the outcome there is not really in doubt, either.

The US is in desperate need of a new voting rights act that will, for example:
1. remove voting machines, use counts at precinct level and scientific exit polling, standards for ballot printing
2. set standards for no id needed, allow easy registration, etc.
3. use an agreed upon algorithm to fairly create districts via computer, in all states.
4. any changes, by any states, must adhere to these detailed rules and be approved by the feds.

I wonder how many Trump supporters claim to be supporting Clinton in polls? I would guess 10% or more.

Gerrymandering is unconstitutional.

The Electoral College is a relic fit only for the ash heap of history.

A long article such as this is not needed to define how Hilary will win
It can be summed up in far fewer words as expressed by one Josef Stalin.

It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.

The Real Way the 2016 Election Is Rigged.

Presidents of the U.S. are pre-selected, not elected, the election for POTUS is just a dog and pony show for the masses. Both parties have rigged it. And what more proof do you need when we have two insane candidates and someone like Dr. Jill Stein, that makes so much sense and is the antidote to this miasma of insanity cannot even be allowed to debate the two insane asylum inmates !

Thank you, Mr. Daley for your excellent, dare I say "whistle-blowing" efforts and data-mining.

Very few people understand what you've exposed and why it's so important.

In forums like this one on C.D., I daily must oppose a chorus of paid messengers who take every insidious decision on the part of our now government-fused-with-corporations (often Deep State) decision makers and attribute their evils onto the citizenry.

They always fall back on what voters voted for, yet this is the great canard and absolute deception.

The devious way that districts were gerrymandered to give Republican Neanderthals advantages they never earned should be illegal!

Add in all the ways that Republicans are pushing voter I.D. laws to limit how many Blacks and Latinos, poor persons and university students can vote...

Add in the touch-screen voting machines which, as Bev Harris and RFK, Jr. have shown, produced false outcomes...

Add in the way independents (this, on the Democratic side of the equation) were kept from voting in the primaries.

Add in the major Influence peddled by the corporately controlled MSM and the disproportionate publicity it lavished on Trump... while demonizing Sanders and keeping Ms. Stein invisible.

Add in the Electoral College and the disproportionate influence granted to tiny states...

And it's all such a grand farce and facade.

Still, since it's congress that sets up the bills that eventually become the policy of the land, with Republicans controlling Congress through their egregious forms of cheating...

Something MUST be done.

The bastards cannot BE voted out given the way they've gamed the system.

Big Money is tightening the clamps:

The Black Community is under attack.

Hispanics are under attack.

The TIPP and TPP will criminalize dissent activating the loose language purposely added to the NDAA and The Patriot Act.

Those in power serve the Big Banks, Big Pharma, Big Agri, the MIC and its war profiteers, and Big Media.

This is NOT Democracy. It's not even a good faux version of it. Not even Hollywood can prop up the Beast by applying make-up, a good script, or the next Necessary Enemy. So they sent in the clown, Trump to make Mrs. Clinton look sane and adult-like... while the policies of bloody empire continue to destroy lives, livelihoods, and habitat.

Meanwhile, the Earth Mother burns and She's only gotten started... with the Great Cleansing.

Ahh, just the way our corporate masters like it: a democrat prez and dysfunctional repub controlled congress both blaming the other camp for nothing getting done. And why should anything get done or change? It's working perfectly for those in control. And our "elected" officials aren't doing too badly either.

A good reason to include Encrypted Online Voting in elections.

If we could get honest to God Berniecrats, i believe we could make a real difference. Of course, we need to do much much more about our whole electoral system and getting third parties in and we need an MSM that actually reports the news, and ad nauseum.

President Clinton will follow the Democratic Leadership Council (DLC) play book the same way her husband and Obama have...by enabling the GOP to control Congress as much as possible during their two terms in office, thereby giving them cover to deliver as much as possible for the 1% at the expense of the 99% without too many pesky Congressional progressives getting in the way.

Every day I get many e-mail messages from Democratic Party organizations soliciting funds to "take back Congress".
If the Democrats had not intentionally lost control of Congress in 1994 after controlling it for forty years, and lost it again in 2010, I might sympathize. Unfortunately I cannot take these solicitations seriously.

We must also remember that Both Wings of The Wall Street Owned One Party Political System for the "Help Wall Street's Amerika Vote Act".* The Democrats under the cover of the 2000 election debacle which, as we know, was decided by SCOTUS over the true voting tallies of Florida and the rest of America. So I see no prospect of any changes short of worldwide depression or actual revolution. The next worldwide depression is probably imminent. Perhaps that will jolt the American populus out of its catatonic state induced by lousy jobs with little prospects, cable TV, internet porno and a few other cheap thrills made for diverting our attention from the day to day shuffling through life trying to capture something which does not exist - The Realm Of The American Dream.

*Wikipedia list vote totals in chambers as follows: 352-48, 92-2. Please remember that the intentionally easy to hack electronic voting machines were waiting on the side to be installed nationwide under HAVA.

Jill Stein, 2016
The Only True Political Revolutionary Leader of 2016!

Trump for Dogcatcher 2016
Hillary for The Dog 2016
or vice-versa!

Just Toss Them Into The Same Bag
They both bark the same!

He didn't fail anything.

Daley focuses on voting districts that have been rigged to produce a congress with a majority of Republicans.

He is not speaking to the Presidential election.

Almost every comment justifies, plays down, or legitimizes this form of graft and cheating... all to make sure the Democrats are equally demonized.

This behavior is odd and statistically improbable given CD's recent survey on which candidate most readers support.

Given the findings of the survey, it's more than a curiosity that the Regular Posters all turn, as usual, to their condemnation of Democrats and/or Mrs. Clinton. Trumps' sins along with exposures such as those made by Mr. Daley are never treated as serious.

The ONLY thing too many posters focus upon is keeping the Race aspect alive in working to make the Dems look at least as bad as the Republicans and wiping out the differences that do exist (many of these exist less at the Presidential level where the Pay to Play Game has its acme).

" They always fall back on what the voters voted for."

So true! How many times have we heard that if you don't vote; don't complain!

#23

Just as Ronny Raygun had the Carter era photovoltaic panels rremoved from the White House roof during hhis first month in office, followed bt purging other progressive actions made by predecessors, Clinton will make sure that every plank in Sanders' primary platform is burned to ash. She will send a clear message to progressives that "their's is not to reason why, there's is but to do and die".

#24

Yes. My fear, as well. I'm going to give it one last heave ho, though, since the party structure is already in place. If Clinton does purge the progressives, I'm hoping to see an even larger population of Dems leave the party in 2020. The Independents seem like a logical place to be inclusive and be in a party that got a candidate in the race not that long ago. But I'm very open on that and unsure as to which party I will go to--WFP, Green, Independent, or will there be a new Social Democrats or FDR Democrats?

Really thinking and talking with people about the nuts and bolts of getting an inclusive third party with enough of an engine to compete in the primaries has made me realize what a yuuuge job it will be.

I'm ready to help, though, when and where I can.

Yes, but that's just ever-so patriotic! Uh, gag me with a spoon! :anguished:

At least we might have better luck pushing Democrats, Greens or Independents in congress than trying to push Republicans. Having a majority of left-leaning representatives is better than having a left-leaning president. I'd rather have no republicans in charge anywhere.
