Americans brought up on NASCAR, flyovers, unwarranted gross hero worship of soldiers, wrapped in American flags, and religious memes, are too fragile to take on criticisms.
The only true statement I can recall from trump was that America kills too, which also was hard for many to swallow.

Not to mince one’s words Omar calls it as she’s it. That’s not to say she is always right but she is most of the time. It’s one thing when the opposing party criticizes you but to have your party turn around and do the same is it any wonder why we’re in the mess that we’re in. She’s a courageous person and should have the support of each one of us.

Omar is villainized on two counts: she is Black, and she is Muslim.

Ms Omar is also demonized for being a woman (who doesn’t know her place) and for being beautiful, hard-working, brave, and intelligent. Her 5th District is in Minneapolis, my 7th District is in the west and central part of Minnesota. The tRump rubes out here love to “go off” every time they hear her name, even though she obviously does not represent our area. It’s truly Pavlovian and fun to watch in a train wreck sort of way.
