Americans United on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to dismiss Trinity Lutheran Church of Columbia v. Comer – a church-state separation case scheduled to be heard by the high court today.

So, why was the latest, unqualified, right winger appointed to be a member of the Supremes? Because the Supremes have little interest in the Constitution of the United States. Their job was to rule on cases that might have constitutional issues. The Constitution was to be the rule and guide for the Supremes.
* Separation of Church and State? We have been sliding toward a Theocracy for a number of years. This is just another nail in the coffin of Liberty.

Our Rule of Law (just watch, or read, the News) is only Applied, and Publicized, against Low Level Crime, while Cracks in the Very Foundation of Our System go Unreported and Unprosecuted.
