This is a big deal because so many don’t want it to happen. BUT---- how long does a person have to wait to vote again? Actually, I think that peopIe should be abIe to vote whiIe in prison. If a person is Iocked up, supposedly for doing something iIIegaI—then voting is a way to devote time to something that can be positive when a person Ieaves prison.

Well, she did it, finally.

The last state to enfranchise those with felony convictions.

The governor said that she would end this voting ban in March 2019, and we were wondering if she would ever fulfill this promise. GOP leaders in the statehouse didn’t want anything to do with this.

She gets credit for doing this one thing right.
