Trade Deals Will Supplant Democracy with Corporate Tribunals, Warn Critics

Provisions of international trade deals currently under negotiation threaten domestic sovereignty while giving corporations special legal rights, charges a letter signed by more than 100 law professors and sent on Wednesday to congressional leaders and U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman.

This is even worse than the deals by Clinton and Bush. This could be the push the multinationals need to bring fortress America to it's knees. Ho was right trade is definitely our weak spot.
We are left wondering once again about the transparency of this supposed government of, for, and by the people.

I think the most damaging part of the whole agreement is the ISDS. People need to check it out. We will be governed by corporate tribunals made up of corporate lawyers.
