Our system has for years destroyed the mom and pop business model. Which a crappy description anyway since before the modern corporate model a hell of lot business was just that. Individuals starting a business. Try it now and you run into endless horror show of impediments. And if you have some success the big will sell you out, crush you and maybe if you win some lottery buy you out. The idea of an average person starting a successful business (in the middle of a pandemic) is laughable in the darkest way

If you’re a renter, just try getting a loan to start up even a sidewalk kiosk.

This just goes to reinforce what I’ve been saying through this whole COVID emergency.
The Govt. response is a feature, not a bug!
This & bad virus response/herd immunity is the 1% practicing Darwinian eugenics on
the country. Lets get rid of the “Eaters”, Moochers & Takers, Minorities, Old…
We have a chance to mop all the useless, societal swill, that are using up resources,
and not providing ROI!
Some out there have said out loud the silent part, like the TX. Lt. Gov., and Mitch McTurtle.
We’re all safe in our bunkers and Yachts. Please, don’t wear a mask, go to work, be social…
Go Die, soon!!

This is one of the things Naomi Kline described in " The Shock Doctrine" . It also echoes the infamous quote by Hoover’s Treasury Secretary, banker Andrew Mellon at the beginning of the great(so far) depression, “Liquidate labor, liquidate stocks, liquidate the farmers, liquidate real estate. It will purge the rottenness out of the system. High costs of living and high living will come down. People will work harder, live a more moral life. Values will be adjusted, and enterprising people will pick up from less competent people.”

Now if that was applied to Trump’s business ventures and the bankruptcy laws were more fair, i.e. if you go bankrupt you are done; then we would not have the Donald to kick us around anymore.

Oh yes, this is a fundamental principle of social darwinism.

++ Few can even find the seed money especially now, and fewer still new businesses survive. If one couldn’t do a startup before it certainly makes little sense it’s currently possible. Where’s the support evidence? His is pure magical thinking. Besides, not everyone is cut out for that.

Larry K only sees NYC wall street and banks. Corporations, free trade, low taxes for wealthy and businesses.

Here. we are witnessing hunger, no medical, evictions and hopelessness.
Meanwhile, Nancy sticks up her nose at Mark Meadows offer of
financial help. She is just as arrogant as Larry K.

Outdoing even Ayn Rand’s fictionalizations of Nazi venom, Kudlow is the personification of the hatred, sadism, murderous greed and consummate moral imbecility that bind Nazism, Capitalism and the United States Government in apocalyptic trinity as Global Public Enemy Number One.

Because Americans have had too few children, they basically are using that as one of their many excuses to replace us with a low paid, high skill foreign workforce.Whose status in the country depends on their working for TNCs.

But the real reason is greed. This will mean the death of unions, and the middle class as we know it today.

People from developing countries will work for a lot less. In any case I would not start businesses now because the carnage has barely begun in the business world. Large corporations want to take over every conceivable area. This means that the government cannot keep or retain any public services because it would derogate the value of international investments.

Small businesses although they create a lot of jobs are framed as tremendously inefficient by transnational capital.

I would not expect any help from either party. They have no loyalty for most of us, its just to themselves and their money.

Kudlow is 73 and has a heart condition. I wonder if he considers the human race purging itself of the old and infirm “creative destruction”?

It’s hard to pull yourself up by your bootstraps when theirs are planted on your neck

Remember what Andrew Mellon said amidst the Depression, “liquidate labor, liquidate stocks, liquidate the farmers, liquidate real estate. Purge the rottenness out of the system.” Here we are.

“There is saying if you have more then you need to live you have taken it from someone else”
Well I think that pretty much sums up Kudlow and his buddies, they didn’t earn it they stole it, they stole the American dream all for themselves. Now they want to blame you for having to struggling because you didn’t want to become a thief to be well off.
Everyone knows Wall street is a casino where high rolls win and loser sweep the floors. America grab a broom because we have all become the losers as far as they are concerned and they the winners at the expense of the middleclass and the poor.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we’re all considered to be too expensive. Our expectations are too high.

They intend to use Mode Four to replace us.

With mind numbing attitudes like Loony Larry’s, I sure hope that it is the financial sector that loses all the jobs during our next crisis. Which there will be if trump prevails.
