Trump's Trade War Cometh: Nation's Push Back Against US Tariffs From All Directions

Jon Queally, staff writer

Global trade tensions are soaring just days ahead of the upcoming G7 summit with top U.S. economic partners like China and France both issuing fresh warnings that import tariffs announced this week by the Trump administration run the serious risk of creating a trade war in all directions: East, West, North, and South.

The moronic behavior of this administration has no logic, no bounds.

Stupid is as stupid does.

I can already hear Trump barking that the loss of jobs in the U.S. – that would undoubtedly occur – is “fake news”.

#5

Or blaming it on Obama.

The Tarrifs are one of the few things Trump is doing right. Are we now the NEOCON left that would be against other countries selling us products without using our labor having to pay tariffs? THE EUROPEAN UNION CHARGES TARIFFS FOR THE SAME THING. And for good reason.

I swear this message of making it sound like it’s bad comes from the same people telling us trade unions are good. They’re only good for the billionaire corporations to sell countries their goods, while not using their labor, and putting the local competitors out of business by selling cheaper since they’re not paying tariffs and they’re using the cheapest labor somewhere else in the world. They take money out of an economy and never put it back in. Neocons and the truly uninformed are against Tariffs.
