Another example of hot air politicians …both neo fascist and neo liberal. Leahy and Schumer: I’m so tore up about this that I sent a letter to the editor. Bernie: Dump the twitter and show up in Puerto Rico with a plan you intend to keep …now!

It`s because Mayor Carmen would NOT bow down before him . Nothing else .

“Too much disaster aid”? I’ll bet there wouldn’t be “too many bombs” if the U.S. wanted to take out Puerto Rico.

Read a bit of history. Der fuehrer of the 1930s and '40s treated his “untermenschen” in a similar way. About the only difference is that our current fuehrer simply turns every disaster area into a concentration camp filled with hungry people living in wreckage, with little or no food, water, heat, or protection from rain and weather. He then tells them that they are greedy and he can’t afford to feed, clothe and shelter them. He has other nations to conquer and a Pentagon that has so much illegal pelf that it can afford a few billions for the fuehrer’s barbaric wall. (But, it still needs more billions for war.)
*I’m beginning to think that the world is running out of options. Either We the People are going to have to turn these fascists out of the government and into prison, or the world will have to get rid of us the way it did Nazi Germany, and that is fraught with nuclear peril, as the current government and its MICC seem to have decided that, if they can’t have it all, they’d rather destroy it than see it shared with the world.

I guess Trump would like some of those paper towels he threw at the desperate people in Puerto Rico, returned.

Many of this country’s “regular” people seem to have a penchant for that practice as well. I’ve noticed that those who are maybe two steps up the rung avoiding total financial disaster push down on those on the rung below them. It seems that those barely getting by from working, disrespect and treat with vitriol those who need help from gov’t and other aid avenues. I don’t understand why those on rung #2 don’t join with those on rung #1 and aim their anger at those ABOVE the ladder and on the roof.

Article photo caption:

To drive home his point regarding overly generous American disaster aid, President Trump posted a photo of a mother and toddler taking a break from rebuilding their house with USA-donated cinder blocks, tweeting:

“The good? That toddler is getting exercise and learning the work habits that will last him a lifetime as a day laborer building beautiful, gated, high-walled resorts on the shores of our beautiful island. That’s right - he’ll build the walls that keep him where he belongs.”

“What’s bad - I gotta say it, folks…Gotta say it…What’s bad is how many FEMA food aid packages the kid’s obviously eaten. The cookies, the made in USA potato chips we have so generously donated to help our little brown skinned neighbors - those were given to be responsibly eaten, with the understanding that the supplies, like our great goodwill, is limited.”

“Liberals don’t want to hear it - but American food aid is not a McDonald’s buffet. Time to start tightening the belt, my little brown skinned friend. Time to start tightening the belt.”

Fuck Trump. And I may have say that every day from here on out. It has been over the top for some time now, yet I haven’t seen any pitchforks marching down my street.

I think that if he thought he could get away with it, he would sell Puerto Rico to some other country. After all, I doubt they will allow a Trump building to be built there.

Does he know that lots of “his army people” are Puertorican?

“Socialism never took root in the US because its workers see themselves, not as an exploited proletariat, but rather as temporarily embarrassed millionaires.”

And that observation is testimony to the effectiveness of the capitalist propaganda we USans marinate in every waking hour. Trying to explain capitalist propaganda to most USans is like trying to explain water to a fish.
