Actually I think they have already done that, but when applied by the SPLC the label is much more credible. lol

I seem to remember the courts said something about how you spend your money can be considered an expression of free speech. [ As in the Citizens United ruling ] So any law which would require a person to not spend their own money as they see fit could be interpreted as violating the first amendment rights of all citizens.
