Warning of 'Poisonous Consequences,' PA Secretary of State Calls on Barrett to Recuse Herself in Crucial Mail-in Ballot Case

She should recuse of anything to do with the election since her confirmation comes after a third of the votes have already been cast. This is not her election to decide.
I feel like I woke up in Sherwood Forest this morning. All that is left for survival is to poach the sheriffs goods of all kinds.

Handmaid Amy should recuse herself from anything that has to do with:

  • science
  • rational thought
  • separation of church and state
  • women
  • corporations
  • this election
  • worker rights
  • theocracy
  • etc.
Handmaid Amy is a poisonous consequence.

Recuse herself, that’s a laugh. As professor Jefferson points out in the story, the entire reason for her appointment is to rule in Trumps favor, on an issue that none on the SC has a legitimacy to rule on.

Perhaps the fact that the SCOTUS has been making rulings all along in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and others gives them standing.

That’s what they, all of them, want - “poisonous consequences” - that’s what a death cult is all about, isn’t it?

Elections belong to the states, state supreme courts are as high as any election issue should go in the courts.

If Barrett declines to recuse herself from any cases pertaining to the 2020 election, she will have proven herself to be as dishonest and ethically-bankrupt as she appeared to be while being unprecedentedly evasive during the Senate hearings.

The experimental Republic ended the day Donald Trump was elected. Franklin’s statement, “It’s a Republic, if you can keep it.” has been undone, after many tries - the Banker’s Plot, and the Nazi conspiracy during FDR’s Presidency, Nixon, and G. W. Bush pushing the Office of the Presidency toward fascism by undermining the very nature of the Office. the United states ceased to exist when Trump was sworn in.
