White House Copies Exxon Press Release Nearly Verbatim

Nika Knight, staff writer

As if the ties between the Trump administration and oil and gas behemoth ExxonMobil weren't apparent enough, the White House on Monday issued a press release

President Harding snickers--"Good one, Donald."

And then there is this. Kleptocracy.

Why hasn't anyone investigated the Tillerson/Russia oil ties?

And how many cabinet nominees/anointees were thoroughly vetted: ZERO. Yet the GOP (party over people) rubber-stamped all but Puzder (Secy of Labor candidate) whose egregious personal employment of known undocumented worker (nanny) in his household without paying any payroll taxes was the straw that broke the camel's back. But Tillerson ties with Russian oil are known facts that were glossed over with the explanation that "he divested himself of his Exxon-Mobil investments along with stepping down as their CEO" (just like Cheney did with Halliburton...wink-wink) so he was "good to go." The fact that he received the highest civilian honor, The Russian Order of Friendship awarded by Russia in a lavish ceremony in Moscow with Vlad doing the honors made no difference in the eventual outcome: U S Secretary of State.

Anyone else notice that one cannot comment on the wikileaks, see eye ay articles here at CD???
