More of " the beatings will continue until the morale improves " type of thinking from OhBummer and Co.. Has anyone heard of Spain's work in this area? And, when oh when, are we going to start arresting the prescription writers and manufacturers of the legal " oxy " racket? Which drives this, of course. Single Payer would also go a long way in stopping this problem. Neighborhood and community clinics, anyone, who should know or have a clue as to the who/what/where/when and how which drives this messed up medical/prescriptive/street model.
