White House Deputy Press Secretary Raj Shah on Tuesday declined multiple opportunities to deny reports that President Donald Trump struck an undisclosed agreement with outgoing Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy over replacing him with Brett Kavanaugh—Kennedy's former law clerk.

When whore-shah refused to answer the question about a deal, CNN should’ve just said, “I’ll take that as a yes,” paused just long enough for shah to get reactive, and then acted as tho he were moving on.
